options volume

has anyone noticed if the options volume is now just the volume and not the open interest included when making options trades.--------------it seems now you can only make trades in half the options volume only ,as per the other contests.

used to be as long there was a volume of trading you could sell any amount.i noticed on some days you couldnt sell more than the total volume for that day.=============and almost any order i make when the markets are not open seems to expire without any reasoning behind it.
