    key issues

Hi all, yes i am a noob, OK now that that is out of the way, can i ask 1 or 2 questions ? 1. Are there key things to understand before trading ? ( cardinal sins not to break type of things ) 2. should I spend a lot of time trying to understand the mechanics here or try the more bullish approach of trial and error ? I trust these 2 questions don't sound to silly regards Andrew

absolutely! first things first, learn types of investing (bonds, mutual funds) but if your still into equities, learn the technicals and its lingos (where to draw lines, what is support/resistance, gap fills etc) then finally, learn your strategy. what type of methods you would like to trade. Take a look at my post. this will explain alot if your new. you can also see some of my real trades. http://injurioustrading.blogspot.ca/2012/04/simple-intro-on-how-i-trade-my-stocks.html
