I talked with some guy named Jake who is part of the team working on the new WSS beta version...I have been checking out the Beta and I really like the new setup...We discussed the forum and like we thought the plan was not to have a forum...they are thinking we would use Facebook or twitter or something...I mentioned that I was old and that did not really have much appeal...lol...I mentioned to him that we had formed an offsite forum ourselves and maybe they have some sort of Button or something that we could use to access this offsite forum that we would maintain ourselves and they would not be responsible for....He seemed to be open to the idea....................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................I am sorry but I forgot who started that forum but I do remember it was very good...They did an excellent Job....I was wondering if this idea is something that could happen? Would that person be wiling to maintain such a site? or are there any others on here who could help with this task?...I really enjoy our discussions and have benefited by our discussions...I would not want for that to abruptly end...................................................................................................................................................................................................................................And based on the conversation with Jake it sounds like it won't. I don't care for facebook, to many people traffick facebook just looking for the chance to scam others and it is not going to get better it is going to get worse. I did try facebook for awhile and I closed my account, the first thing people do these days if they want to nose into someone else's biz is see if they have a facebook account. And twitter is not suited for the kind of discussions we have on here. Employees have been fired cause of facebook accounts and others have not been hired because of it. My life is pretty public since I run a business but not as public as facebook would make it. I could of course make a fake name facebook account etc. but I don't want to. I will miss the forums here and talking with everyone but I don't want to converse on a site where there are no rules to keep the language decent.   BTW,  I think Echo started the other forum,  but I never would go there and post because I think Echo and Magoo would just talk trash to me and would be very abusive.

Barbara, I think you would be surprised...I expected the same thing...But I was quite pleased to see that that was not the case...The only thing missing was all of us...I think that the place where the forum was hosted does have a code of conduct...although I am not certain..........................................................As I mentioned it may not be necessary as Jake said they were going to keep this version going ...for some time after the Roll-out of the new version....And maybe we could get them to turn the formatting back on...

Formatting should would be great, but also whatever the issue is with being able to post needs to be addressed, there are still a lot of members that will not use the workaround of copying like I do and then backspacing pasting and trying again and again until it does post and using Google chrome does not solve the issue for everyone

I am not experiencing any problems other than the Formatting issue....I use Firefox...

Barbara, I think we hit bottom with CHK....Carl Icahn normally works pretty quickly...This could double in just a matter of months...

Me too!....So far so good...Let us see what Helicopter Ben has to say tomorrow he will either Pop the balloon or let go of the string and it will take off...If you did not get in earlier...If he lets go of the string...meaning offers support to backstop Europe in some Fashion...Tommorrow will be the day to get back in...He is speaking at 8:00 am...so we should know by 9:00am eastern....Can't wait...WooHoo...Let it Go Ben...Man the Helicopters for a quick flight over Greece and Spain....Go Ben Go!
