    If,a stock goes to zero! Its delisted and is considered bankrupt/in bankruptcy proceecedings.Its Usually de-listed before that happens and all trading stops on that stock/with no options allowed nor transaction permitted.Gm,has approximately 45 days cash set aside,before it fails.
